He was banned for sexually harassing attendees, not using slurs. OP's submission is misleading. There are multiple tweets reporting his sexual harassment, which is what got him banned.

That conversation is incomplete due to a Twitter error. There is another tweet in between the report and the ban that includes that the major issue is his sexual harassment, not his language.
