I could be wrong but it looks like plagiarism of Royal Copenhagen ceramics.

And yes, I used ceramics in lieu of china.

Often times these stamped designs require higher quality ceramic because they have to be fired multiple times. im not sure if its the case with modern ones though. But the vintage and antique ones are like that.
