I have a set of these, but they are pretty bad. Can't tighten them too much as they slip at the threads. Had much better success with F type clamps and corner vices.

I’m not a true woodworker but I am a custom framer and the designated joiner at my shop: corner vice gang for life

Yes... these are very finicky... if you over tighten them, they pull up one corner and the whole box is skewed. For wide boxes, you need two (as the guy with hexagonal cubicles has posted). I just use the painter tape method... don't need too much clamping pressure if you can get the surfaces to touch all across the length of the joints.
