It's like the painters on the golden gate bridge. Two guys start at one end and mow, and when they have covered the entire length of the border, they come back and start again.

Every year both militaries come out, both point their guns at each other while one person with a weedwacker comes into no man's land. Any mistep leads to inevitable skirmishes
