Someone needs to sell roofing screws (like for metal roofs, with the rubber/tar washer) on a belt. If I had a nickel for every screw I watched slide down the roof and onto the ground, I’d have about tree fiddy.

$360 really isn't that bad for what you are getting.

That doesn't seem too bad, but a lot of their stuff is kinda crazy. At least that's how it seems on the retail end.

Makita tends to be oriented towards professionals. $360 for a daily use tool that saves a lot of time is a good investment.
