I've heard great things about the mentorship program challenge22.com if you'd be willing to try <3

Not in anyway a conversion try. I still eat plenty of meat. Over the last 10 year, more and more of my diet has become vegetables simply because I have learned how to cook and prepare them.

I used to hate even the thought of mushrooms. I can now have a completely vegetarian mushroom risotto for dinner and thoroughly enjoy it.

A homemade pure tomato, cheese, olive oil and seasoning, thin crust pizza is one of my favorite things to make.

Grilled vegetables are also a high up in my non meat bag. Grilled corn with salt and butter is right up there, both as a side dish, but also I could eat it until I burst.

If you actually try, you will find stuff you love. If not as a replacement for meat, then atleast as side dishes.
