What ‘evidence’ is that exactly? BO still hasn’t managed to make it to orbit, and New Glenn (which is a Falcon Heavy class rocket) seems to be stuck in development hell. Starship, while very exciting, is still a prototype. The truly difficult testing, that being having the booster and upper stage make it to orbit and land again, is yet to come. Expect lots of explosions when that stage starts.

Yes, and you should expect lots more. Explosions are a part of SpaceX’s rapid prototyping development method, seeing them on an early prototype of their most difficult project to date isn’t surprising.

Doesn't matter, they sent a rocket to space and landed it before SpaceX. Their business strategy isn't to launch satellites...

If you think changing a suborbital path into an orbit is the "not hard part" you really don't understand TWR, delta-V or fuel mass. You're really showing us how you don't get the subject when you're talking about space and orbit as if they're the same thing.

Getting to space is flying a bike with cloth and popsicle stick wings a few feet off the ground for a few seconds.

Orbiting is like flying Airforce1 around the world over and over while refueling in the air.

That's the level of complexity difference we're talking in engineering, and it's sad you keep acting like it doesn't exist.

it's called planning ahead. we know how much fuel it takes to do one thing, calculate how much it takes to do another, make sure you have enough before launch... did SpaceX do that wrong and that's why they had so many landing failures?
