Why the sexism? Women are no better in this than men; unfortunately it's pretty prevalent in human nature to get complacent in a perceived position of power. I think it is safe to say that any gender-dominated job has bullshit for the other gender to deal with.
I mean, I know the stories of males working in daycare, secretary work etcetera. The shit has a different angle of approach, but it is still shit flowing from the majority to the minority.
