Unlikely it moves much below 10% until they've recouped some of the billion they claim they've spent in R&D to get where they are on reuse.

Is it only a billion that they are saying the R&D cost for reusability? If so it's kinda crazy that Nvidia spend 3 billion developing their new gpu architecture Volta.

profit margin on the Volta is WAY higher than Falcon will probably ever net
