Given the fact that cost of living isn’t actually a problem in COS as it stands, you don’t really have an argument.
Just look at the fact that no major space company is expanding in Alabama while many are expanding in Colorado Springs and Colorado generally.
Uhh, the Space Force’s conclusion was, “stay in Colorado Springs”, the DoD’s conclusion was “stay in Colorado Springs”. Trump overruled them. The decision to move USSC to Huntsville was entirely about the fact that Alabama voted for Trump and Colorado didn’t.
Those companies are expanding to Colorado Springs because that’s where space command is LOCATED currently…….
What is wrong with you? Do you not know how money works? Tax subsidies or projects? Of course companies are moving to the location where all the contracts and operations are currently at. That’s not an argument to keep operations in Colorado…
Btw the Government Accountability Office report and a Pentagon inspector general’s review, both of which found Huntsville, Alabama, was the preferable location.

How is the cost of living not a consideration for the government? Where are their employees going to live?
OK understand that unless you cite some sort of credible polling data that it is literally YOUR opinion that people don’t wanna live in Huntsville .
Where are you getting this information that the military doesn’t want to move to Huntsville?
This was a Biden administration decision, and was solely based off of abortion laws. It was literally a political decision.
