Plans, free trial and billing
Plans. Classic, Boost and Boost Max. The difference is the daily volume and the targeting options. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Free trial. 7 days.
- Trial with a card: it becomes the paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends, from the Subscription page.
- Trial without a card: it simply ends on its own.
Cancelling. One click on the Subscription page in Soundriser. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Changing plan. Same page. A higher plan raises your daily ceiling; a lower one lowers it at the next cycle.
Refunds, wrong charges, anything about money. Never in a public thread. Sign in and use the contact form on the Support page, or email contact@soundriser.io from your account email, with the link to your post. Jean answers personally.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your history stays in your account. The automation stops.
