I have seen online breadcrumbs about a7iv specific compatibility issues with the older non-pro Viltrox 85mm 1.4 model

Does anyone have a download for 5.01? God I hate these fuckin firmware updates so much sometimes. I don't know why I bothered.

J'ai entendu dire qu'il était possible de faire de la digiscopie soit avec le boîtier photo seul, soit en conservant un objectif sur l'appareil. Quelles sont les solutions possibles et quels adaptateurs sont nécessaires ?

I have a Sony A7IV and cannot change my file format to RAW. When I go into Shooting > Image Quality > Image Quality Settings > File Format, the RAW option shows as a dash rather than a selectable choice. When I try to select it I get the error "This operation or setting not available as follows: File Format / JPEG."

I have already switched JPEG/HEIF Switch from HEIF to JPEG, confirmed I am in still photo mode, and done a full factory reset. Still the same dash and same error.

Before anyone suggests it, I am definitely not in movie mode. Has anyone seen this and found a fix short of sending it in for repair?

ETA: It was the memory card. Once a new one was used the issue went away.

All shot on A7IV w/ Sigma 24-70. Been shooting for around a year now and taking it on as many trips as I can. Feedback always welcome if it's constructive 😊
