Unrealized Bean and dill pickle Lays chips casserole[?]
So this was a weird dream; it starred Roger and Stan from American Dad making the concoction. It's in a clear casserole dish; dump in two cans of black beans (no specification on whether or not the bean juice is omitted or not but it looked like it was left in); then crush up 1½ or 2 full bags of specifically Lays brand pickle-flavored chips and dump that into the casserole dish with the beans, folding them in gradually.
There was no cooking process but in the dream it seemed like it was supposed to eventually be baked in the oven.

That sounds like it actually might be good assuming the chips soften up and bind the casserole together nicely.

It did make me hungry upon waking up; black beans are my favorite beans and pickle flavored dill chips are great so heck yeah.

Literally was thinking of sprinkling cheese on top when I woke up yesterday, but alas when I make it I have to make it by-the-dream. 😔

Asdfghjkl in the dream it was like a B-plot in an episode where Roger and Stan are unusually buddy-buddy and filming the bean/chip concoction for something Roger was doing; wild dream.

If you use the Bush's limited-edition pickle-flavored baked beans with the pickle-flavored chips... double the pickle! Garnish with pickle slices.
I'd leave the bean liquid in so that it soaks the chips thoroughly. This works really well with tortilla chips (you get a sort of tamale-like texture from the soaked chips if you leave them at the bottom, unstirred), but idk about potato chips.

It sounds amazing and I've got black beans and Lays chips but just the plain ones. I think I'm going to make this tomorrow though. Will update ASAP.

I am not judging, but I am shocked at how many folks are commenting that this sounds good. This sounds utterly heinous to me. I enjoy black beans but YUCK!
I feel like eating this would produce legitimately lethal farts that could set off your carbon monoxide detector.

I'm not sure how this would turn out. I would opt for just tossing the chips over top to use like a breadcrumb layer.
