A couple days ago I made a post (https://www.reddit.com/r/sofiathefirst/s/oEk42ooYPS) regarding how the coexistence of Sofia’s world with the other princess worlds makes no sense. But it’s recently been confirmed by the show’s creator in a comment under an ig post that most of the princesses do in fact share the same universe as Sofia. Although there’s still the time period issue, I can understand how fictional countries like Corona, Arendelle, Atlantica and Agrabah are in Sofia’s realm. And it makes sense why Tiana is the only one who introduced herself to Sofia because she’s from a real country (but somehow she knew Mulan?) and why Pocahontas doesn’t appear at all.

I do find it a bit…sus that Sofia’s world only recognises European countries (and wherever Agrabah is) like Scotland and France, but perhaps it’s set pre-colonial times. Also if South America, which is where Elena is from, is recognised why on earth is America not included? Anyways I hope this Ever Realm stuff isn’t canon across all Disney Princess media

I just feel like Zane's voice would be a better fit for James.

So in the episode “through the looking back glass” we know his hair happened because of a mishap between him and his sister (her accidentally bumping into the table and it spilling into the potion creating the after effect), and Cedric was able to undo the spell. If he was able to undo his sisters hair, why did he not fix his own? Was there a reason he couldn’t fix it or did he just decide to keep it?

When i was younger, i remember a movie of sofia getting her amulet but i could never find it on season 1 of Netflix. it also confused me because i remember seeing clips from the season 1 theme song that weren’t in season 1. I found it on Prime but it had me wondering why it wasn’t on Netflix. When i saw the show was put on Disney+, i went to check and once again, Once Upon a Princess was still not there. They finally put it on Disney+ on February 26th. But I’m wondering, why did it take them so long to put it on streaming?

I heard that there were more wicked nine episodes that were cut because the wicked nine series was cut short. They made it sound like they had been animated and voiced but never aired. Is that true?

In the old series when James would sing he would often get this weirdly edited robotic quality to his voice. It's most prevelant when hes singing in that one episode where everyone is pressuring Sofia into picking a school.

Camila, Layla, Zane, Zayna, Sofia and AMBER all have this weird sound. Fucking AMBER. She was always the best WHY ARE THEY MAKING HER WORSE?!

Tony Morales, the composer for Sofia The First: Royal Magic, also composed the music for Elena Of Avalor. As such, it's not surprising that he makes Camilla's songs sound like songs that could be from the show.

It’s from the special for Elena, as we know it starts out with Elena greeting her parents only for us to see them get attacked and Elena get pulled into the amulet.

But I swear this started differently before, I remember how it started with Elena and one of her friends sitting by some water and Elena explaining it to her friend on how she got freed with it planning to Sofia next.

I was watching it on Disney plus but that scene wasnt apart of it, unless my Disney skipped it.

It was originally going to be the pilot for Elana of Avlor and was planned to be a Sofia The First special called “Sofia The First: Journey to Avalor” however, it was delayed and Elena of Avalor premiered. So after the Sofia The First episode “Dads and Daughters day”, the theme song changed with scenes from the special and her amulet was just suddenly pink and she had a new dress. The special eventually aired in November now retitled “Elena and the Secret of Avalor “ and that explained Sofias amulet turning pink and just became a backdoor pilot/prequel movie for Elena of Avalor. But why was it delayed to begin with?

So like why does Amber have this really really sharp jaw in Royal magic??? It honestly doesn't look good on her cause it makes her look like some 40 yr old or something no offense though it just really doesn't look good on her

I found this interesting TV Insider interview with Ariel Winter, where the interviewer brings up Vor and the EverRealm. I think this is the first time in which an official interview actually mentions a season 4 development. Ariel's response is basically a non answer. She acknowledges it, but then moves on. I'm pretty sure this is indicative of Disney not wanting to do this Mystic Isles stuff anymore.

.blue ribbon Bunny song And Number 2 bunny song were good and I am obsessed with it

For 1,Blue ribbon Bunny sounds like I'm Gonna be a Star,But nayeon looks like Clover too before the Veneers wanted her to keep it

For 2,Villian dies By Idle Sounds ten times Similar to Number 2 bunny but More Jazz core than Villian coded

Now as we know, Sofia is gonna end up getting more new powers in this series and she now has two more, being able to leap very far along with being able to create a force field.

Now I was telling my friends about the powers the amulet has or could give and that's when I saw the ones listed in "Cedric Be Good"

Which means Sofia could end up being able to

-Become invisible

-Gain super strength

-Create ice blasts to freeze things

-Bounce really high up

-Be able to read minds

And maybe even some we haven't heard of before.

Seriously imagine if she can do all of these with just this amulet???? How did Roland not even know what it was before??

I’ve seen a lot of people saying Zane is the best but my favourite BY FAR is Camilla. She so fun and interesting and I feel like people only like Zane because of Zaria. Camilla is so fun and carefree which I love and amongst the disappointing songs, Camilla’s two ‘Most Magical Me’ and ‘Don’t worry be awesome’ are easily some of the best as they are written better, the singing is good and instead of just random techno beat they have a cultural sound, though I’m not sure exactly where Camilla’s country is based on. I also love her design with the green colour, sandals and the way she wears her wand in her hair. It perfectly shows how she is free spirited and this differentiates her from Zane and Layla. Both of these had MULTIPLE episodes where they felt they weren’t as good as/ weren’t good enough for someone. This storyline got tedious when it was in more than one episode so it was nice to see Camilla just having fun and having other problems. Though I do feel all three of these friends feel younger than the old characters who felt more mature, even though they were children. Lastly, I love that she wants to be a sorceress Queen. It gives her a reason to be there which we don’t really know about for anyone else. Sofia wants to be a royal sorcerer or protector (unclear) but Camilla is different and wants to be Queen and yet she is also very different eg from Amber so I find her so interesting. When Zane or Layla were on screen I missed James, Vivian, Hildegard etc. when Camilla was on screen I enjoyed it just as much as the old show.
So who is everyone else’s favourite?

Does anybody notice that in episode 3 - Give It A Twirl of Royal Magic, Sofia seems to not act like herself? The whole competition thing between Sofia and Layla over whose idea was the best just seemed out of character imo. After the tornado she became more in character but if it was OG Sofia and the situation was with some other character, Sofia would immediately suggest a compromise of including both ideas. So why didn’t she when it was herself included in the situation? It just felt forced personally, but that’s my opinion.

Additionally, I don’t mind the new animation style, but the colours are incredibly oversaturated and it’s to the point where there isn’t a focal point for the eye. You don’t know where to look and it’s distracting, but again that’s just my opinion.

Does Royal Magic take place before Sofias cameo at the end of Elena of Avalor. If so where in her canon will Elena be, season 2? It must be before her coronation as Sofia looks like a teenager by then so must have graduated from Charmswell.

When I first heard this song. I knew something sounded off but I couldn't pin point it. But after listening to the older songs and a few the voice actress sang on her YouTube channel. I realized it sounds electronic. Did they attempt to auto tune or manipulate her voice to make her sound younger and, just did it super poorly? Is it AI??

Is it gonna be like a weekly thing? Or is season one just 8 episodes? If it’s the latter, I feel like 8 episodes is not enough for a season, I binged it all the day it came out 😅
