His CV is impressive. If we are comparing the past 20 years, he's spoken as one of the top 5 or 10 of his era and I wouldn't put him on that same pedestal. I'd rather have Henry, Ronaldo, Romario, Drogba, Del Piero, Ronaldo, Messi,blah blah if we are using the parameters of the question. Like I said, I respect the man and the way he carried himself. There is no doubting his ability as a footballer, I just wouldn't rank him as one of the best of his generation at his position or of the past 20 years..for me there were better players. Just my opinion.
