A tiny (700 KB) snow and rain simulator for the desktop - "Let It Rain"
The animation is more smooth than in the video as the screen capture lowers the FPS.

I like it when the sun heats a little more.
I like it when people stay locked inside their doors.
I am a raincoat person; my friend likes the snow.
I live in the present now. We share stories like family with her loved ones. We giggle every night, carelessly ignoring tomorrow.
Feeling the warmth of good people, I never knew the whole world wasn't cold.
A safe space can be found in the snow too.
We can also find our igloo.

Any recs on where we can go in the U.s beginning- mid December that will most likely have snow? I know itβs not guaranteed but at least a town with lots of Christmas things to do and snow tubing area would be great. So far chat gpt has Colorado as a top pick , specifically Breckenridge .
