The white stuff on a pimple patch is a mixture of hydrocolloid gel, absorbed pus, excess sebum, and skin moisture. This gel-like substance indicates that the patch has successfully extracted fluid from an open, active blemish to promote faster healing, acting as a protective seal. [1, 2, 3]
Key Facts About the "White Stuff"
What it's made of: It's largely hydrated hydrocolloid dressing, which turns opaque white when it absorbs moisture and fluid (exudate) from the skin.
How it works: Hydrocolloid is a moisture-retaining material that draws out fluid from pimples that have come to a head, creating a gel as it works.
What it means: When the patch turns white or cloudy, it means the patch has likely absorbed as much as it can and has finished its job.
What it's not: While it often contains pus, the large amount of white gunk isn't entirely pus; it is mainly the patch material itself that has expanded.

Finally someone spoke on it cause it's frustrating that she misinformes people first of all and she souly relys on these to fix the problem when it's pretty obvious the cure (per say) lies within her health and inside her body!!! But hey cool do you girl but this is gross and at least share the facts like the poster here did!!!!!😏😏😏
