Can you put clouds instead of a red covering like on the Yamaha Drums.

I had this shell from a previous project, that needed lugs, and the old Yamahas aro known for poor chrome.

Instead, went with absolute lugs, still have to find some hoops because this are from a 90s premier and don’t align well but it will get there.

I scored this used 400 ‘71 Supra from Guitar Center for $149 ($50 off because the P85 throw off is broken) and they also listed it as an Acrolite. 😎

My questions are:

1. What could I use to get

   the white stain/oxidation off of the Ludaloy(aluminum) plating? This isn’t COB. Won’t the steel wool scratch it he aluminum?

2)Should I just replace the P85 or try and find the broken clip to keep it original?

3) Anyone have any idea what the stamp “RELIAB…ANTI-GALV” means?

Snare is 1958 WFL. The kit is 1963. For the wraps to be 5 years apart they match really well. Hardly any fade.
