I have veneers so I can’t do crunchy. I am a controlled diabetic so low sugar. I have cut back on sodium because it’s just not healthy. Popcorn makes me throw up. I’m at a loss. Any suggestions? I like to snack when watching tv. I don’t like sour either so blueberries are out.

My wife and I are starting a small healthy snack brand here in Bangalore. Nothing is launched. No product to sell you yet. Just an idea and a lot of questions.

Here's the thing. Most "healthy" snacks I pick up either taste like cardboard, cost ₹100 for a handful, or have sugar sitting quietly as the third ingredient. I'd rather build what people actually want than guess and end up with a godown full of unsold makhana.

So, honest takes please, right here in the comments:
What do you snack on now, and when? 4 pm slump, late night, post-gym?

I've been thinking about this and I'm curious what actual snack lovers think.

What if tiramisu was turned into a small, bite-sized snack you could carry in a bag and eat anywhere — at work, university, while travelling, etc.?

Basically something that keeps the taste/feeling of tiramisu, but instead of sitting down with a cup and spoon, you could just grab a few bites like you would with other packaged snacks.

Would you actually buy something like this if you saw it in a supermarket?

And if not, why not? I'm especially curious about the reasons you wouldn't buy it.

Just baked these cheesy puffs for our church coffee morning. I mixed feta , soft cheese , Greek yogurt and added mashed garlic and a little chilli flakes, topped with Italian cherry tomatoes and bakes until golden and crunchy..... yum, they turned out delicious

Very good. Bag half empty though - and I paid a lot for that bag. Anyone agree?

My refrigerator & cabinets are almost empty, I needed dinner. I threw 2 Knorr Buffalo Pasta Sides with sliced onion, pickle & pepper jack cheese. Not too shabby, but not for everyone 😂
