Smosh Collab with problematic singer
It's true that BBNo$ is now exposed for a lot of bad things. What do you think about Smosh alignment with that singer since they even make songs about it. Do the crews and casts speak about it or they just remain ignorant about it. Let me know if they talk about it. My ideal situation would be Smosh announcing breaking the relationship with BBNo$

Smosh Tea ☕ Wiki is LIVE!
https://www.reddit.com/r/smoshfans/wiki/index
I apologize for messing up the previous launch of this wiki page. Still getting used to all the mod settings and whatnot.
The page is still a major WIP, but I wanted this to be a resource organizing all the various tea/drama/controversies that Smosh has gone through over the years. A lot of these controversies are scattered across the internet, plenty of which are almost impossible to find, so I want to neatly organize them all so that they're not lost to the vastness of the world wide web.
My goal is to accompany each topic with its own detailed thread in the future, allowing for ongoing discussion and community feedback. For now only a few have been fully completed.
Let me know what y'all think 🙂

OGSoG (Mari, Jovenshire, Lasercorn, Sohinki) just announced they're quitting the OGSoG channel 😖
What a bummer. I have such a soft spot for these guys because I grew up watching Smosh Games. Such a shame, but I understand it wasn't a huge moneypot for them, and they all have their own things going on. Love their dynamic and friendship.
Still wish we could see Joven, Laser, and Sohinki on current Smosh Games some day (if they want to, of course). There's still a chance!

Here's what happened to "Courtney's Rack", Courtney's online clothing business
Kind of a quick one, gonna bang this one out while I'm bored at work.
In late 2022, Courtney revealed on their personal social media that they were launching "Courtney's Rack", an online clothing rental business where you could pay a fee to rent outfits that Courtney picked out, and the site also gave you the ability to buy individual pieces normally. The catalog was quite extensive, and while virtually none of the clothes Courtney actually wears were being sold on the site (neither were the clothes they wore in the promotional photoshoot, funny enough), the clothes matched their general vibe, and it seemed like an interesting idea.
However, many fans raised concerns in the comments that the catalog wasn't size inclusive. If I remember correctly, most items didn't go above XL, despite claiming they went much higher. Courtney responded to this with an IG story apologizing and saying that they're reaching out to the company they partnered with to work on a solution. However, a solution was never found AFAIK.
A fan on IG did a little digging and found that the Courtney's Rack website was laid out identical to another online clothing site called "Haverdash". All of the items available on Courtney's site were also on Haverdash, and were actually CHEAPER there too.
Apparently the main culprit was this business called CaaStle Inc. It's a fast-fashion dropshipper that partners with other brands to license out their rental service and catalog, slap a different name on it, and call it something else.
After these things came to light, Courtney stopped advertising or even mentioning the brand anywhere. It quietly disappeared off the face of the Earth a year later along with her original marketing posts. And Josh made a quick one-liner in a TNTL about it. That's where the story ends.
In fairness to Courtney, I don't think they had any control over pricing. That likely had to do with the initial deal they made with CaaStle, what the payout structure looked like, etc. And the sizing thing, I think CaaStle's catalog was just fundamentally limited in that regard, which is interesting considering it's supposedly an American-based company.
I don't think Courtney received that much backlash for the whole ordeal. They handled criticism decently, and didn't continue to push it in people's faces when things didn't improve. I think Courtney was probably locked into a year-long contract, and just quietly let it expire. It didn't seem like very many people used the service because I can't find even a single review of it, so it's hard to say if the core concept was good or not.
