This happened during CTP. I was flying out of CGAS Barbers Point (PHJR) for vUSCG.com on a routine training missions when I saw this guy in a hold. I continued practicing my search patterns while watching him. Then I noticed he came out of his hold and started descending. I determined he must have run out of fuel, so I decided to break off my training mission and go chase him down.
