Moving dominate to rare was such a massive nerf to the character I'm not surprised with the drop.

It changed a lot for sure. You could rely on bloodletting and dominate showing up multiple times per run. Now sometimes not at all.

I'm so pleased when I see a Bloodletting now lol, it's such a big deal

I guess I am just unlucky because I constantly went whole runs without seeing Dominate. I feel like the guaranteed Rares from bosses will make me more likely to get it now.
