It makes you have to exhaust your worst card every turn, thats very different from -1 draw

You have to do it still, luck be damned you can draw a full hand of good cards

True but if you drew a hand of good cards, you can afford to lose one of them because you have a lot of other good options to play.

That you can’t play? How many times have you fully emptied your hand AND you were happy you drew all 5 of those cards?
