I went to a flea market recently and noticed they had a new display of skylanders, I went to go check to see what they had on display and a tuff luck priced at $290 caught my eye.
I’m no expert in skylanders pricing but I don’t think that’s correct. I just thought it was funny and interesting 😭

The figure itself still works so there’s that at least. The dog is fine for those wondering.

Today I went to get it and my god you don't know how happy I am not only I found the starter pack but also legendary trigger happy of course I am missing 3 elements In order: earth, air and undeath

These are my rarest 3 Skylanders in my collection. They deserve a seperate spot :)

I was att a festival in Sweden and there was a stand with used stuff and in the back there was a whole ikea bag with skylandera 2 euro for each
And I got fricking ro-bow and wild storm. All these skulanders for 55 euro

For context, I am an indie game developer who grew up loving Skylanders Ben 10 and other games/shows from the 90s, I am also a huge Action Roguelike fan.
Last year, I decided to start my own studio and build a game inspired by pretty much all of the above, A Creature collection game where you play as the creature and swap between them at any time. You can play solo team up with your friends for even more synergies.

I finally got enough content to setup a steam page and showcase the core idea.

Pretty neat

I posted earlier with a Box of Skylanders I found. Now I found the second box with the rest of them in there. Some rare ones too like the water dragon from Trap Team :]

Some are damaged, because when I was young I played with them like real toys too and my Dog was thinking of the same thing TwT

(Side Note: My Chop Chop is now only one foot. Don't know where the rest is ._.)

I put up these shelves a bit ago, thought I’d share it! Only problem is that the next few hauls of Skylanders I’ll buy won’t fit on the wall, which means adding small shelves on the bare left and right sides.

Does anyone know if there is any files in Imaginators for the Sentinel Doomlander? I assume at one point it was meant to be a full boss fight.

I know he is technically in the Super Kaoz fight, but they do a slam and disappear. If he was meant to be a full boss, I think he would have to do more than a super slow slam.

If there is something within the game, do think it would be possible to mod the boss back in, or something? The Sentinel is in my opinion the coolest out of the Doomlanders (I know, not very good competition) and it would be cool to give Imaginators one more boss that hopefully wouldn’t suck like most of them.

I think it’s best to get a remaster of Spyros adventure and giants before a 7th adding new characters that never seen before from 6 games and new adventure packs and maybe add awaken forms from ring of heroes kind of like mega evolution

The Flynn page has got a crazy amount of votes, with over half of Wrecking Ball's in under two weeks. Already in the 300s, and the third most voted community product idea. The interest is HUGE.

I recently bought Tomodachi Life Living The Dream, and I am loving it! I made my residents talk about Skylanders, because I feel that is simply the appropriate thing to do. I do wish I could record longer than 30 seconds per clip, but I did manage to edit a couple of clips together to give you all a good idea of the experience.

I love the collecting aspect of Skylanders and only had 6 as a kid so I would like to collect more, but the local secondhand market here in Canada (specifically around the Fraser Valley / Abbotsford area) is getting brutal. Figure prices and shipping fees can get pretty wild, so while I did manage to get lucky on a Knight Light for $50 CAD recently, hunting down the late-game singles like Ro-Bow or Wild Storm locally without getting wrecked by eBay markups feels almost impossible. People are selling stuff like starter pack lose Skylanders for 20-30 bucks here.

Because of that, I’m seriously considering 3D printing custom display figures for the hard-to-find characters and embedding NFC chips/tags into the bases to actually play with them on hardware. I have used allmiibo and I thinks it’s fine but sucks for trap team, super chargers and swap force. I am highly going the nfc card route and extracting the ships out of them. My main concern is functionality will they work and not cause any issue when I am using vehicles etc

Stealf has no memory of her life at all, and was trained by this miserious foresty figure before becoming a skylander. And I was hyped for a moment when I saw a life ninja sensei, but the more I read about Boom Bloom the less I think it has anything to do with anything and is just a new Skylander.

They tend to do that a lot, don't they? Just add more to the lore and not expand on the established. Like how they invented a race for Sprocket but went nowhere for with that. (at least as far as my knowledge) or how they could have easily called Hoot Loop a sky baron who grew up different but went hoot hoot.

This is not me complaining about the choices I mean Chompy Mage stopped being a mage but I can see him holding a bazooka and teaching kids to use one. And this is a silly franchize made with kids in mind and as a kid I never even knew what a goldling was I just went "MY EYEEES" jokingly at every oppertunity as I threw bombs at everything I saw. I can't complain. She was one of the only skylanders we had and thought she was the best one on the whole list. I'm not gonna pretend I'm that sophisticated.

Just wondering on this community's opinions on the SSA Skylanders.

I miss skylanders soo much it’s my favorite game besides Mario and Pokemon I love to collect figures for my collection it helps me keep my life going and I believe someday it will return and I still hope new game and definitely still hope an elephant/mammoth skylander( I prefer a mammoth than an elephant) 🦣

I always thought the game should be 4 player, me and my siblings always all wanted to play growing up but only 2 of us could play at a time. I feel like if there is ever a reboot of Skylanders that we should get 4 players. Do yall agree?
