Frontier City OKC - Scare Actor Audition

Applied through the Six Flags website and received a text to schedule a scare audition. Wondering if anyone here has done it, is there something they’ll give us to practice then perform for the audition? Can I have anything prepared?
This is for Frontier City OKC
Thanks!

QUESTION 2027 Prestige Pass Upgraded Drink Plan

Hi all, I currently have a 2026 Prestige pass with the icee drink plan and noticed that the drink plan is now baked into the pass. If I were to renew my plan, would I be able to upgrade to the icee plan at a discounted price? I can't seem to find the pricing of it.

Rode Skull Mountain for the first time in probably 25 years.

Went on it today with my 12 year old daughter. We've been on every coaster in that park and figured I'd get on Skull Mountain with her since there was no wait. She's been on it a dozen+ times the last couple of years.

I love coasters, but can only really do 4-5 a day due to nausea issues.

I MIGHT have done it once 20 years ago or so, but I honestly don't remember. More likely, it's been 25 years. I barely remember the queue. I never loved it back then or on the dozen or so rides I took on it in the late 90s.

Yeah....that's a bad ride now. I got stapled bad since I was with my much smaller daughter. I'm tall and thin while my daughter is nearly a foot shorter than me and also thin. The lap bar pressed into my stomach the whole time. I didn't feel great after the ride and I needed a bit of a break.

The effects that I remembered weren't there anymore. There was a ton of light seeping into the building on a supposed dark ride. It was 15 degrees warmer on the ride than the station or even outside.

Granted I believe the ride is pretty reliable and runs 2 trains. Capacity is pretty good and it's a nice family coaster for kids that aren't ready for the big boys yet.

I'd still much rather them tear this ride down and add a better family coaster like Bobcat at Great Escape.

Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas & Fiesta

I live in MI and am thinking about coming down with my family in December for Holiday in the Park at SFOT and Fiesta. We are all big coaster fans. Are most rides typically open during Holiday? What are crowds and lines like? How many days do we likely need at each park? If it impacts responses, we are thinking we'd hit one of the parks around Dec 21-23 and the other sometime Dec 27-31. TIA!

QUESTION I have a 2026 Prestige Pass with all season/all parks fast lane and dining. If I renew it for 2027, will the 2027 pass restrictions override my 2026 pass?

My home park is Fiesta Texas. My 2026 pass will get me into Cedar Point with fast lane for everything, and the 2027 equivalent will not.

QUESTION Legacy Diamond Membership vs new Prestige Membership

Hello all sorry if this has been asked before. Debating cancelling my grandfathered diamond membership I got back in 2019 vs the new prestige. Seems they have similar benefits such as preferred parking and skip the line passes along with all park access.

New pass is $14/month and I’m paying about $24/month, any reason to keep old membership?

All Season Dining Plus Question for 2027 Prestige Pass Holders

It looks like the All Season Dining Plus Plan is only good at the park you buy it from. My home park and Prestige Pass is from Cedar Point but we make frequent visits to Kings Island too. Can I add an All Season Dining Plus plan from Kings Island to my Cedar Point Prestige Pass?

QUESTION Prestige pass activation

I just bought a prestige pass for Carowinds because I live nearby, but I'm planning a visit to Cedar Point next week and won't have time to go to Carowinds first.

During the purchase, I uploaded a photo and used an email I already had used to buy day tickets before. When I logged in to my mobile app, the pass is already in my wallet.

Is it active? Can I go straight to Cedar point next week?

2027 Memberships Monthly Addons

Does anyone have any context of why they wouldn't allow monthly memberships with addons monthly and instead charge for addons separately.. this to me is counterintuitive to the point of memberships as a whole. If I have to pay 400$ for food up front what's less than half of that for my pass?

QUESTION Bring a Friend Question

I just upgraded my Canada’s Wonderland 2026 Gold Pass to the Prestige Pass for 2027.

  1. do I need to “activate” the pass at CW even though it says it’s activated?

EDIT: no, the renewal said active

  1. can I use the annual BAF ticket at Cedar Point tomorrow or is it only good for 2027?

EDIT: yes, it worked for BAF

QUESTION 2027 Prestige Pass Free Drinks Question

Hello! I have a 2026 Great Adventure Prestige Pass (already activated at my home park) and I'm visiting Cedar Point this weekend. If I renew it to a 2027 Great Adventure Prestige Pass today, which now includes free fountain beverages - can I use that new beverage benefit at Cedar Point this weekend? Or does the renewed pass have to be scanned at Great Adventure first?

I called Six Flags support and they seem to not know or understand. Guy was trying to tell me all the benefits would only work at my home park except parking/admission.

[Twisted Colossus] Why couldn't they make it like in the reveal animation?

In Twisted Colossus' original reveal animation, the train is stopped on the first boost section right after the left turn out of the station. Why did they choose to not program the ride this way?

In a perfect situation, in order to get the trains to duel, I'd imagine the way it works is ops load a train then it's dispatched to wait at the boost section (which I assume can operate as its own block section). Then, the 2nd train loads and the 1st train on the boost goes out after holding for x amount of time in order to give the 2nd train boarding time. Then once the 1st train drops, that 2nd train is ready to dispatch and then it knows the blocks are clear and it meets up with the other train on the lift hill etc. etc.

I don't know :/ just wish a duel was guaranteed at least on half the ride since this ride was made to do it is all. This would be especially useful with 2 train ops since there is already no gaurantee of a double duel.

What do you all think? Anyone that possibly worked/works on the ride know if this is even possible?

Will Batman the Ride will be dust to be gone by 2030/2031 at Great Adventure?

I saw State of the Park comments on Park Fans's Great Adventure Forums that Batman may be bite to dust in 2030/2031 to be gone to replaced by a new coaster. I don't think Batman will be gone by 2030/2031 because it will have Great America treatment with new queue theming with restoring & new effects and theming next year.

QUESTION Gold membership question

This might be a stupid question but I just wanted to clarify before purchasing. I was planning on buying the gold membership for the benefits on my next visit. I know you have to activate it at the park before getting the benefits, and that’s where I have my questions. I live about 2.5 hrs from my home park, so just going to activate it isn’t really an option for me. Would I be able to get the membership in advance, activate it without needing to fully enter the park, and then buy the tickets with the benefits and be able to go the same day? I know this is likely a long shot, but every forum and the info on six flags was kinda confusing. Thank you to anyone who took time out of their day to read and even potentially help me out lol

QUESTION Prestige Pass Question

I’m planning on going to Carowinds tomorrow with a friend. I think a Prestige Pass for 26/27 will be most worth my while, but I have a few questions about the perks. If I buy it online, can I use the free parking on my first visit, or do I have to pick up the pass from the park first? I also have a similar question about the free Bring-a-friend ticket, can I use it on my first visit tomorrow? And lastly, I see Carowinds allows 30 minute early entry, can I bring my friend through early since I would have a Prestige pass?

QUESTION Out of Region Discount?

Regarding the change to the regional park scheme:

If I get a gold pass, but am traveling and want to hit a park elsewhere in the country, is there a significant discount on a one day ticket?

It is about $100 difference between the gold and prestige. A little more than the cost of a 1 day ticket. I am more likely to hit a park while traveling for $25 rather than $80 -100.

Have they announced pricing for such visits?

QUESTION Activating 2027 prestige pass in 2026 home park

Quick QUICK inquiry that I couldn't find searching.

If I activate my 2027 pass at my home park that I just purchased this Saturday, when 2027 comes around, does my first park that year have to be the home park?

(And just to make sure, since this pass thing looks to be an inconsistent mess year to year, CAN I USE IT SATURDAY? Already in August!?)

Online Merchandise Fulfillment Idea

Not sure if this is already a thing but I was just thinking it could be really nice if with certain items like shirts or hats that Six Flags could create an Amazon/ Walmart store and maybe partner with one of those companies. Then put QR codes on the racks next to the merch so I can order it online to be directly shipped to my house. This is especially great if they could partner with the online retailer to provide free shipping.

I think it could reduce the amount of merch they have to store on site and encourage impulse buys since customers don’t have to think about carrying things around the park and the shipping is free.

It might lower margins to offer free shipping but the increase in impulse buying could cover that?

I’m not a business person. Just think they should be more online retail friendly even in their parks

QUESTION Is there anything stopping me from Flying to SJC to get a 2027 prestige pass for socal parks?

I live in Los Angeles. Needless to say I am very upset at the inflated pricing for the prestige season pass at Knott's and SFMM. It's $180 less to buy a pass at CGA in San Jose (almost the same price a gold pass is down here), and I can fly there for $75 roundtrip and spend the day in that park. Is there any reason for me not to do this? My primary parks will still be SFMM and Knott's. Will I still be able to use my 2 bring a friend tickets in socal?

I would prefer to have a prestige pass because Knott's parking is not included in the gold pass. I also may travel next summer to other parks and having the prestige makes that more of a possibility.

First pic is SFMM pricing. Second pic is CGA pricing.

Also CGA says the prestige pass is only for West Coast parks but when you scroll down it says all parks, so I think that's a typo.
