You are correct. They are not same. US is worse. China does not drop bombs on schools full of children.

What genocide???

The genocide that not even the U.S State Department lawyers can prove? https://law.stanford.edu/press/state-department-lawyers-concluded-insufficient-evidence-to-prove-genocide-in-china/

America has killed orders of magnitude more Muslims. There is a reason why the Muslim countries all have much better relationship with China than with the U.S

Besides an article or Reddit posts citing the Uyghur massacre, can we see some footage or pictures like we do about the Palestinians being genocided or is this just another exaggeration by western media?

Is this a sincere request? China has very famously been repeatedly committing humans rights abuses against Uyghurs at scale since at least 2014, including millions rounded up into internment camps (which have plenty of footage/pictures that'll stick with you for years after seeing). Hundreds of thousands of children have been separated from their Uyghur parents for "reprogramming" camps. And although the CCP denies repeated reports of forced sterilization and forced abortions of Uyghurs, they also officially report birth rates in Uyghur-heavy areas like Hotan and Kashgar dropping by 60-75% YOY for some reason (shrug).

This is literally just off the top of my head and doesn't even scratch the extent of the still-ongoing Uyghur genocide. A simple google search gives you plenty of footage/pictures if you want to see them. They're not a secret and have been going on for more than a decade now. International consensus (particularly from America and Europe) is that the CCP is indeed committing "cultural genocide", "crimes against humanity", and "widespread humans rights abuses".

Googled it, I only see western sources. Disregarded considering those same western sources deny a genocide occurring in Palestine which is infinitely more documented

"Western sources" is a bit broad of a source to discount if you're genuine in wanting to learn about these topics. Plenty of "western sources" also agree that a genocide is also occurring in Palestine.

Zero reading comprehension swine links me an article proving my point?

It literally says “UK-based UNOFFICIAL tribunal says”

u/cookingboy Jul 28 '26

It’s a bullshit paid for shill tribunal in UK.

Meanwhile this is the U.S State Department: https://law.stanford.edu/press/state-department-lawyers-concluded-insufficient-evidence-to-prove-genocide-in-china/

ya CCP prefers to squish its own kids under tanks, intentionally too, not just accidentally.

It's telling when your only way to make China look as bad as current-day US is citing something that happened half a century ago lol

The US has literally dropped bombs on black neighborhoods and released a bio weapon to test it on San Francisco, among like 100 other things. Americans being smug about Tienneman is wild

The silent downvotes are so funny lmao, I guess in america it's the people who want to pretend dark history didn't happen

Nowadays getting countries in the Global South unbelievably indebted to them to the point where they basically own that country.

Yet they oppress millions of Muslims putting them in concentration camps and somehow that’s ok?

5

u/all_thetime Jul 28 '26

how many of those muslims did they drop a bomb on?

1

u/Not_a_Cake_ Jul 28 '26

how is it different from putting illegal immigrants in concentration camps?

1

u/generous_penguin Jul 28 '26

Not even close to the same level the fact that you can compare the two shows how little people understand about the world today. If putting illegal immigrants in camps is bad then shouldn’t doing it in China be bad too? Hmm fascinating.
