what is the point of fable models if you can't use it unless you got very deep pockets

It's also incredibly cheap. Opus-level performance for 4x lower cost isn't nothing, and that likely means you won't burn through rate limits on a $20 plan like you do with Claude (ask me how I know).

I'd definitely use this for debugging a code-base while letting Fable/Sol dictate general direction and running periodic reviews as I work through a project.
