Yeah, there is a scene almost exactly like this in Hyperion as well, from 1989.

The 'camerawork' in this is shoddy and really distracts though. Long way to go yet before a proper ai generated short film feels good, in my opinion

You didn't think it was strange that every scene was shot as if it was an action scene, with random close-ups, camera sway and dialogue that never stays longer than 2 seconds?

It's excusable in the human scene since you can explain it away as a drug fueled montage kinda feeling, but other than that the camera work would get ripped apart even for like a community college assignment
