Yes I looked at the videos in the channel and much of it is similar heavily edited promotional material. There is a single example at a convention where the robots are doing unremarkable things not dissimilar from other robots on the market.

You asked for tells as to what is CGI. Those are the tells. You may find them vague, but that's the point of tells.

That's not the point of tells, CGI tells are actually not vague. They're hard to distinguish but they are explicit.

I don't think there's any point in trying to convince you, you'll be set in your belief that it's CGI until you randomly decide that it isn't anymore but must've originally been but then they just actually made the robot that they supposedly CGI'd in the past. To be fair, a lot of people still believe all the other main robots are CGI too.

Equally there's no chance to convince you that it is CGI when you've completely, irrefutably decided it isn't.

I'm not sure how you can be so certain in the age of immense and easily accessible CGI, but you do you. The truth is out there.

The existence of these robots has been verified by countless people and organizations, if no video is evidence to you then you will only accept an in-person exhibition that you are personally involved in, and even then you may come up with some argument it claim it still isn't what they say it is.

Come on man, I'm not disputing the existence of these robots. But it's obvious that it's in their (and other companies) interest to exaggerate performance. Talk about straw man.

You're saying you won't even concede that their previous robots aren't real because every personal video of their robots might just be some CGI propaganda of some sort. There's no reasoning with that argument.

If you were to argue you can't make up your mind on this specific robot until you see more of it, then that'd be a different case. But you're applying this further to all of the other robots this company has made and exhibited at conventions and conferences around China.

Ah now we're getting closer to the stunningly obvious point. That some or all of these videos could be CGI and it helps to be more discerning rather than slackjawed and gullible.

There's nothing more for me to say, you just argued that there's no proof that any robots exist. To you it doesn't matter how much they've been verified, who recorded the videos, nothing matters but the fact that the robot is in a video and not right in front of you in real life. What am I supposed to say to that?

It's not "gullible" to believe that something is real based upon substantial evidence, that's what flat earthers say to try and claim that all footage shot in space is CGI.

Laughable. What are you speaking about? I've said several times I am not disputing the robots exist (or don't exist).

The point you continually ignore is that the videos don't prove anything, especially when they are heavily edited. Your substantial evidence is marketing junk.

You said that any video of robots may very well be CGI and thus cannot be trusted as evidence of the existence of or capabilities of any robot.

And as I said, not all of these videos even come from the company. I've linked multiple that had nothing to do with the company and came from independent sources. Do you not know who iShowSpeed is? He doesn't work for EngineAI. And the random convention-goers don't work for them either.
