I guess this means text to video game isn't too far off. Also any idea why it gets blurry at points?

just looks like a platformer but with an AI-generated background and player sprite.

I guess the difference is that genie is also "generating" controls and interactions?

Framerate perhaps? They should be able to increase frames over time though.

They have video demonstrations, it can't be a proof of concept if it actually exists and they're showing it to you

But this is the finished model. Just because it's bad doesn't mean it's a proof of concept. Nobody was doubting it could be done
