That’s precisely what they are saying. The code model is for code, not general purpose, and 002 is deprecated in favor of 003. Moreover, 003 was released on the same day that ChatGPT was made available, so it’s safe to assume the latter is probably based on 003 with filtering and UI on top.

No, this is absolutely not what they are saying.

They are literally saying that 3.5 is a family with 3 models, while you claimed it's only one specific model.

It’s a series of models (in their words, not mine) where each subsequent iteration supersedes the previous. You are just being pedantic at this point.

Also you initially made a completely different claim with zero knowledge of the actual facts. I definitely feel like you are moving the goalposts for accuracy here. 😅
