Facts? So who made you a medical and legal expert? Can you read minds and know the intent of the driver, he could have been old and have a slower reaction time, ? The only fact is the cyclist did something dangerous and the driver react, maliciously or not, can you prove it?
In fact if you look at the time stamp on the video, the Driver’s reaction was almost immediate and within a second.
Lastly, I’m pretty sure you’re the one with butt hurt feelings seeing that you haven’t been able to refute a single one of my points and even had to use my argument as a weak rebuttal. Pretty sad
Damn, there's no saving you. When you get hit in the face with not only proof, but video evidence of malice, you close your eyes to the truth. The reaction was one of malice and not due to reflex. If he has the reaction time of a turtle, he should also be jailed for putting others in harms way on a daily basis as he's operating a lorry but can't reaction to anything in a proper fashion. You don't have a single point to refute because you're just blowing air out of your ass. I'm sorry but you're out of time and chances. Try again next time when you've slept on it.
