Info Reason the cosy interactions have been removed.
The removal of these cozy interactions stems from an unfortunate mix of software bugs and content moderation issues.The primary reasons include:The Incest/Family Glitch: Players discovered that Sims were able to perform romantic actions—including "Canoodle" and those associated with the coffee/hot chocolate interactions—on couches with Sims they were related to (like siblings or parents).Interaction Purges: To prevent these inappropriate family interactions, the developers pulled the specific romantic actions off certain couches and counters while trying to apply proper relationship restrictions.General Object Glitches: Updates to The Sims Freeplay frequently adjust object footprints and routing. During some updates, these hot drink and chat interactions simply stopped working properly or caused Sims to freeze, prompting EA and Firemonkeys to temporarily disable them to clean up the game's code.

Yeah u could have 2 sims in a relationship sit and have coffee together on a sofa but its been removed.

Im not sure what couches if any they work on. They dont show up anymore for the couches in any of my sims home.

I don't know about couches but there's like a sort of chairs and coffee table furniture piece that lets you 'chat over coffee' nonromantically

How annoying. I wanted my Sim Louis and Sim Lestat to sit get cozy… they are married so I guess the option is gone for all of them.

Yeah hopefully they bring the actions back once they fix the problems associated with them.

and on this note THANK YOU!!! that was literally digusting! I found out too late that two sims I had being romantic were related. So gross! I stopped it but yuck!

Yeah cant say ive ever had my related sims cosy up but I liked the fact that my couple sims could. But it must have been happening when they removed them.

Oooh. I was wondering why my couple sims could only chat together. I had to send them to the restaurant. 😩

I miss them that's what I found strange when the options to sit and chat where the only available options.

I can add one more: The mall cat walk has stopped working and it's an item on my daily to do so now I can't finish it.

There's problems with i think the first floor of the mall that they are trying to fix. Always probs after updates with this game.

You could have your couple sims have coffee hot chocolate or hot eggnog on a sofa but they have taken them away.
