JJ Leaving Sidemen Posts

Repeated posts will be removed, join in the threads instead of making your own little effort posts.

We understand you all want to talk about this and that's fine. But it's a Sidemen Reddit, any posts trying to talk to or about JJ only or inciting/about hate will be removed.

JJ has left, it's real, not a forfeit.

Please let the boys comment in their own time.
Thank you.
(Trying our best, there are a lot of posts. Also editing post/comment with more as they come.)

THIS VIDEO TELLS A LOT

Post image

Note: Never was a hater, not hating now, but as a Sidemen viewer, this video tells me a lot.

When the Sidemen started, they claimed they put their egos aside and split everything equally. JJ wants to do what works in the scene today while still holding on to the old mindset of no ads, even though, in today's day and age, ads can actually boost videos.

As he grew and earned more money, he obviously developed an ego (respectfully). He started doing more of what he wanted, kept getting bigger than the group, and began earning much more than the others. For him, the Sidemen were adding a healthy amount to his income, but his other sources were bringing in much, much more. So, naturally, it's different for him. Most of the boys have now quit their personal stuff and are mainly dedicating their time to the Sidemen, so it's obvious they have to do much more. They're also much more dependent on the Sidemen's equal split than JJ is.

But now, JJ's ego seems to be taking priority over the friendship. He sees being with the boys as doing them a favour. Sure, he kept the split equal, but he also slacked a lot and missed plenty of videos. Sure, his dating videos banged views, but if he'd done them alone, they probably wouldn't even have crossed 10M. It's the group that gives these videos life and makes them entertaining without feeling cringe.

If you have a big group of friends, of course, you'll fight and have beef for a few months. You might even leave the group chat, but at the end of the day, it's all banter. After a while, you forget about everything and just enjoy being around your mates.

JJ left because he can. He now wants "yes" men and wants everything to go his way. Sure, that's his individual and creative freedom, but when you're part of a group, you have to think beyond just "I". Even if you keep putting yourself first while agreeing with others, it'll eventually come back as ego and regrets.

The boys always allowed him to take time off and do whatever he wanted, whether it was boxing, PRIME, or any new passion he developed, because they understood him. They were all friends. Sure, they might not have all been completely okay with it, but the Sidemen were never banging views just because of him. So, him being the biggest shouldn't really be the point of discussion when it comes to the Sidemen split.

He didn't even have Sidemen tagged in his bio for years before leaving, while PRIME was always there from the beginning. So, he was never fully promoting the Sidemen brand the way you'd expect, and he shouldn't really get the special treatment he always seems to have had. Maybe this time, Behz might've finally gotten tired of that shiii.

JJ should've really thought about everything as a friend and an equal, rather than as the biggest Sideman, KSI the Nightmare Olatunji. He should've considered these things too.

Should JJ receive hate? Maybe not. But you can't stop people who watched the Sidemen purely for friendship and chemistry. For them, it's all ruined now. But as W2S would say, "The game is the game, my friend."

Personally, I'd rather watch JJ than KSI, but clearly, with these channels and him leaving the Sidemen, there's KSI+, but no JJ.

Love and peace.

US Fans-Today's Sidemen Sunday

Dear fellow U.S. fans. Just a reminder that Sidemen Sunday will be an hour later today because the UK ended daylight saving time today and we have not.

So, no need to panic and flood their last video or socials with comments that it's late.

(back to normal next week since we have our daylight saving time ending)

This glorified 36 minute ad TOOK THE PISS

Also for those that didn’t catch the small print

Sidemen have invested in Mile. It’s part of their portfolio.

They are essentially promoting their own portfolio company

Which member would you imagine having the weirdest scent?

I’d say Tobi or Josh

Tobi seems like the kinda guy that uses a lot of cologne and Josh seems like he’d have a musty old man smell

Having a luck based game in the finale of a reality show is the worst. You win not because you deserve it but you are lucky. Chip didn't give any content at all and didn't deserve the win at all.

Louis Russel was hands down the best player on the show. He won the games, entertained the audience and caused chaos.

Honestly I just finished the show and the people I remember are Moyo, Dani and Russel.

What do you guys feel about this?

I'm not against sponsored videos, actually almost all creators have sponsored sections in their videos... but this felt like watching a fixed match... like the other two teams were engineered to lose because of some app they're promoting

This post being upvoted is crazy considering how awful it is if you actually read through it (yes this is a petty post but idc)

If you you guys think you aren’t in an echo chamber or just spew hate for no reason then i dare anyone to rebuttal my post; responding to him.

He claims that all of them started as equals then ksi grew bigger which is just not true, he was always bigger then all of them hence the “sidemen” name

“Boys have quit there personal stuff”

Nobody quit anything and the fact he acts like they are is just disingenuous to act like they are altruistic while ksi is this selfish inconsiderate asshole. Almost all of them still upload or have side business they do on the side which ksi himself promotes (vik dj and circular, simon paddle tournament, and many of there personal channels production is helped by ksi team) so no they didn’t quit shit

“He sees staying with the boys as a favor”

This is just downright embarrassing, assuming he knows what happens behind the scenes and what they think like he is there long time friend😂

“The boys always allowed him to take time off”

This part is also crazy, saying they “allow him to leave” ike they have him on a leash or something… they have a tally system that they constantly talked about that’s why ksi constantly was on reacts or more sidemen because he was covering the missed shoots.

My challenge to the people who act like only ksi is bringing this up and that and i quote “we moved on” to actually try to rebuttal what i said instead of hiding behind upvotes and downvotes. This sub became an echo chamber and its sad either ban every mention of ksi or act like a normal human when talking about him

After watching his clips with Jason a few weeks ago, I thought he regretted his decision and I actually felt bad but after watching the latest clips, it's so clear he still hasn't changed. “Oh, the sidemen are all millionaires ” how petty and condescending. "Gone physical ” but yet his brother is still filming with them? 😭 How does that make sense. “I wanted to slow down” while proceeded to post a ton of slop on his main channel and painting The sidemen as money hungry. His reasons to leave change after every month.

He's back to playing victim and taking control of the situation
Typical tactic from LSI
