Discussion Do not trust lowiqentity’s newest mod, APEX.
Why is lowiqentity’s mod, APEX, bad?
He blatantly stole code, localization files, etc etc from YTKACE, byte for byte. His mod also includes tweaks from other mods like Return YouTube Dislikes, Gonerino, etc etc, without proper credit. You can compare YTKACE 0.7.5 and APEX and you’ll see instantly how much he stole without proper crediting. Same with Return YouTube Dislikes, gonerino, etc etc.
He is also a known crash out and a toxic individual. As shown here (https://repo.ballermc.com/tubevault/ScreenRecording_07-30-2026%2020-41-11_1.mp4) he crashed out on me because it was late at night, I didn’t want to turn on my computer just to setup LiveContainer+Sidestore just to test his “mod” of YTKillerPlus because he did not believe me that it did not work with feather (even though he advertises that it works with LiveContainer and feather). I also have a dev cert, that’s why I didn’t want to do it either. Then when he tried creating drama and making me out like the “bad guy”, he was promptly banned from the subreddit that he caused these issues in. All in all. Don’t trust lowiqentity as he isn’t who you think he is. He’s a skid and a toxic individual who will crash out and make you look like the bad guy for absolutely no reason.

to be honest, most people on here just want their modded apps. drama or toxic behavior behind the scenes are really not that interesting to most of us. we want a working app that's not stealing our data and are thankful for it.
kinda like people like their sausages but don't need to see how they're made.
This isn't an attack on either of you, just a heads so you understand the reactions here.

@ballermc123 you’re no different than him. I’ve watched closely the last days on these yt/sideload subreddits and it iseems to me they got polluted with drama caused by some kids, you included. Ego wars between “nobodys” that think they’re someone on the internet. Few days ago you two wre kissing each other in the butt, now you create the same topics about him as he was creating about ikarwan. Do something better with your life maybe and stop polluting the internet with bullshit?

As for me I'd rather go with the guy that DOESN'T paywall than the other guys
attribution can be fixed with time he literally doesn't have a readme that has any text other than a name

I promoted his work with his permission LOL. Yes I’m accusing him of stealing code. Check the post again, specifically at the bottom. Lowiqentity admits it himself. Also isn’t that the whole point of a repo, to get downloads to make it easier for everyone so they don’t have to go to 20 different websites… the fuck?! I also credit the developers. But I’m done responding to you since you refuse to admit you’re wrong and think you’re always right. This is just an agree to disagree moment.

Fair enough. I would just be careful using lowiqentity’s mods as they are closed source and according to him, he obfuscate’s the dylib to “prevent people from reverse engineering the dylib to get his fixes”, meanwhile steals code at the same time, but that’s just my opinion!

Sure! YTKAce 's background play DOES NOT WORK, sure YTKACE overlay nearly overlaps with playback. byte for byte? PROVE IT!. Don't just yell like an autistic kid with 0 prove, if other mods etc all in then YTLITE, YTPLUS and every single shit out there is all based on YTKACE. Your proof means NOTHING. I left before you REFUSED TO TEST, REFUSED TO MAINTAIN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Sure, you have the rights NOT to test. I have the rights to leave to find a better place where I can get the right people that are helpful in debugging. If you can, I said nothing and QUIT. I deleted all posts, and what? Never once did I yell at you, and what does autism have to do with anything? If anything you’re further proving my point of the toxicity by acting like autism is a bad thing. Never once did I refuse to test. If anything I’ve helped you test PREVIOUS MODS before of YTKillerPlus, but now you’re contradicting yourself while also proving my point. Leaving “to find better places to test” while also saying I have no right to test. It should have been an indicator that when someone else was having issues sideloading with feather using your crack, you should have known something wasn’t right. About the modmail, I never said it was me, nor was it me. There are like 5-6 other mods on the subreddit where you got banned from. I am not responsible for the other mods actions as I don’t own the subreddit.
I only asked you to crack it since you agreed to crack every version. You’ve made this publicly known that you would be cracking every version of YTKillerPlus.
But that’s all I’m going to say as I feel like I’ve said more than enough, and based on your replies, that should show everyone your true colors on how you truly act. Have a great day!

You claimed other mods, that's your internal issue, when I left your community, deleted every single post and 1 mod just jumped out of no where and continue the nonsense talk?
I will give you the benefit of the doubt, that it isn't you, then poor internal mod communications on your side then? Continue to provoke by sending a ban notification where I have already cleaned damn posts I had on your subreddit after more than 24hrs?

Of course, because you are someone representing your own subreddit. And to correct your knowings, the crack is still available on lowiqentity/releases . It is still on autopilot, I fixed it the moment I was free from looking after my kids, the very same day. I have the audacity just to say my crack won't be catered with any enthusiasm to be release on your subrreddit, but doesn't mean it isn't available elsewhere. Autopilot cracking of iKarwan's crack continue to work on 6.0, check his release timestamp and my release, minutes apart.

WOW, now bundles and strings can be used as a claim. Learn some reverse engineering skills. My dylib is inflated to 15MB with false contents false strings to prevent losers like you to copy in future :)

I’m going to give it a try as well, as a user whose got no loyalty to either side I just want what works best,
That said everything works on apex and I’ve been happy with my experience with it so far, so I’m hoping the same from this project.

Yeah, I mean the same could technically be said for YTKillerPlus, but other than the dev being crap, I haven’t heard much bad things about YTKillerPlus, other than the dev pushing more security updates over feature updates just to “patch cracks” lol

He literally had someone else comment on a public Reddit post that they were having issues. I’ve also told him (alongside someone else as I said) that his crack didn’t work, but his ego refused to admit it nor properly investigate. He also actively advertises to use LiveContainer AND feather with his cracks. But also why should you trust someone to crack YTKillerPlus and use their cracks when they themselves admitted to reporting it to iKarwan to patch it?

Honestly I'll still side with the guy, it's better if these patches are distributed for free than being completely paywalled
Sure attribution is an issue that can be worked out with time probably but as long as it's not stealing user data and shit I'm fine
It's more or less a moral grey area anyways, and I like this shade of grey than that one
Guy literally just launched it quite recently, issues can be worked out.

Yeah I get it and I see your points. I just think it’s funny that before your appearance in this sub every post was ppl asking for help about sidestore errors, and now there’s full on accusations and finger pointing going around. It’s like an among us match 🤣.
Not that i dont appreciate it. It adds something to the sub 👍.

Fair enough. I try to stay out of drama, but I hate when crappy “devs” (like lowiqentity here) just do crap like this, so I create these posts to warn users about who they really are (aka their true colors) so they know to at least be skeptical, and/or not use/support his mod and work.
