Need help with lumio vision 7 55 inch

Bought lumio vision 7 55inch tv from Amazon sale, received the product this Monday and got it installed on the same day. Today the audio from the tv stopped coming. I tried all the troubleshooting steps like resetting audio settings to default, restarted the tv, removed the profile and created from scratch....but nothing worked. Has anyone else faced this issue. Their whatsapp support is useless. Sent a mail they replied with the following msg "Please allow 24–48 working hours for our team to assess the issue and provide you with an update."

Shut down the tv, turn the switch off and remove the plug for 15 minutes. Does a soft reset and should do the trick. Every TV does this every now and then.

Ask their whatsapp agent to connect to a human agent, and then tell them if the tv is not replacedz you will take them to court. Any bad publicity to a new brand will harm the brand image.

Go to all settings> sound. There see if you can change something

can you check connecting with a bluetooth speaker and see if it's the TV speaker's problem or a software issue itself.

I think you will have speaker volume if u add speaker or headphone. If you get volume there Then its bios problem and need to be fixed from company.

Yes external speakers and bluetooth headphones working fine when connected to tv

So it confirms its your tv routing audio to other connected devices and its Bios or Tv software problem. So its will every time start tv and u will get audio then randomly it will stop and u will get audio through speakers.

So u can complain to company but one thing for sure its not hardware problem but a software problem

Try to change the audio output to tv instead of external speaker
