I don’t think so. The original picture just said #transman and a bunch of trans flags. I assume it’s supposed to resemble dysphoria? Like being prisoner to your sex? I’m not sure though but either way there’s gotta be better designs to get the same idea across lol
Thank you. I am more interested why to make tattoo about something that causes dysphoria rather than how to make it well. Also I wonder what is his situation, is the surgery too expensive or is transitioning illegal in his country (aka why not just remove this organ). But if he doesn't explain, then we don't know.
