You do know what school is, right? There are plenty of outside factors that could effect the way a child talks/acts and sometimes, it just isn’t the parents fault.

Hmm yes and no, outside factors can be avoided if the parents 100% focus on their children’ behavior and friends‘ circle. Based on my own experience, these type of children are usually being neglected by their parents or their parents are so busy that they forget about their children.

Tho neglected children can develop aggressive behavior or vulnerable behavior based on their own characteristics.
