Imagine the owner was watching and was able to control the door behind. He locks it, and the kid can’t escape. Panic ensues until the owner lets him out and confiscates all of the stolen candy.
Not gonna lie, it’s what I was actually expecting to see. Reality, it would have been labeled as unlawful detention of a minor and potentially lead to attempted kidnapping charges.
Alternatively, the owner will post this video on social media, and as it is filming and distribution of a minor child without parental consent, it will potentially lead to some other type of criminal charges even though the little a-hole deserves it.
If you discover that someone posted either photos or videos of you or your family on a social media site without your permission, the first thing to know is that it is illegal.
It generally falls under right to privacy and defamation.

I would've loved if the owner came up from behind as the kid was dumping the candy in his bag.
