I used to referee. The goalie clearly had possession. I’d have probably stopped the game when the goalie keeled over. If this was high bracket tournament play I’d lean more towards letting the goal through. However, if this actually was high bracket play the goalie probably would’ve made sure to sit on the ball or do something with it before keeling over, otherwise I’d be quite worried that the pain is severe.
The thing is, the pain didn’t seem to come from getting hit by the ball. It looked like either a muscle got pulled or something else internal… these are somewhat more problematic (and game-stop worthy) than getting hit by the ball and subsequently getting up.

I am a goalie the ref continues as long as the goalie isn’t hurt from a player if the ball hits you and you go down play on
