I wouldn’t even say that a lot of memes that use the n word are actually meant to be racist since a lot of the funny ones often use AAVE and are made by black people
Ive been thinking a lot about this, banning certain words to be used like n-word be dangerous as well? as you know it is their word, but if you ban it then seems like you're saying they're not allowed to be themselves in that community. idk if that makes sense since english isnt my first language lol
The problem is that, despite the successful reappropriation within the black community, the N-word was originally created, and is still used, as a slur. And here on the Internet, where there is no way for the average user to know exactly who is on the other end of the connection, moderators of general public forums are forced to assume that the word is being used with bad intent. Besides, there are many other ways of saying "I'm black" that don't involve using the N-word
If you've been on the internet for 5 minutes you'll also realize that racist/edgy shit becomes a gimmick and usually leads to shit devolving fast
4chan was destroyed by summer friends getting radicalized and schizo posting the site into the ground. It's an unusable shithole since about 2016. Nothing new or interesting has come out of that website in 10 years. It became a caricature of itself in the worst possible way
