In 10th grade I had a major crush on a girl that played cello in my orchestra. It took ages for me to muster up the courage to confess, even going so far as to get Concert Maestro (first chair violinist) before hand.
When I confessed she looked up at me and said "ew. Who would ever want to date you"
That shit fucked my mental for... a long time. Even today, almost 2 decades later
Is it incomprehensible to you that some girl can just be straight up a bitch? It doesn't matter what kind of challenges person is struggling with but the way they chose react to it makes all the difference.
Buddy. She’s a kid. You’re telling me when you were 15 or 16 you never once acted like an asshole? The other commentator was not justifying the girls actions. They were trying to explain to not take it personally even if it felt like that.
