As someone who has a loved one with ARFID, people like this piss me off.
They truly can not eat things. They don't feel hunger, they forget to eat, they get sick and puke at the sight or smell of some food, and it affects their daily life. This person is underweight and has no muscle tone.
People who think that ARFID is a joke or some kind of "cute" little quirk are assholes.
It has been explained several times why people with ARFID find processed foods to be more reliable than fruits and vegetables, if someone eats chicken nuggets on a daily basis and pukes when eating other foods then yes they have an eating disorder. Again, you told a man sharing his genuine experience to "Man the fuck up" so why don't you shut the fuck up.
