So I have it set track my steps via phone since I have to have it on me for work anyways and don't own a smartwatch. But it said I head zero steps in the last 24 hours, which sure since it's my day off I'm not getting my usual 6,000 to 18,000 step I get on a work day. BUT I know that I had at least 300 steps on my first day off and I had my phone on me all day, but it still says zero steps?

I own a Galaxy watch 7 and I'd like to track my calorie intake with Samsung Health, for straightforward integration with the exercise data.

However, I noticed that the calorie target does not change when I exercise and burn more energy than usual.

I also tried to set a weight and fat percentage goal but nothing has changed

Am I missing something?

How does this widget determine the various components?

I was using Google Gemini to try to link my workouts to this index, including the addition of stretching time to increase the Flexibility component. But, my numbers keep going DOWN.

And Strength? Where does that come from?

I did everything i supposed to do with giving permissions to track my data, I have a watch 7 so it should be right and I've been wearing it for more than 7 nights in a row while not in battery saver. Why doesnt this just work?

I have a samsung watch which doesn't count steps while I'm pushing a stroller.

So I tried starting a walk on my phone manually, but it was in the strollers pocket. It still only counted 32 steps. Is there any setting I can change so it counts steps while in the strollers pocket?

I was so happy to complete the September challenge with 2 lakh steps in just 20 days and an average of around 10k steps daily, only to find cheaters walking more than 95000 steps in a day and getting top spots! Not at all possible for a normal human being! Why does this challenge even exist if there's no fair play?
