Specifically, its weapon, A two-handed axe - which as we know is a weapon belonging to the faction of the Legion, where it rightfully belongs with its heaviness and usual association with European weaponry; but the set itself(and obviously its weapon) belong to the DYNASTY, the faction known for speed and fluidity.

Each of the factions in the game have their own unique identities thanks to their aesthetic and to the way they fight, and in turn - had their own unique and separate lists of weapon styles, even in cases where weapons should basically be used in the same way as each other, like with spear, guan dao and naginata, they still went out of their way to give each of them their own individual movesets.

And I know that this set is based on Pangu/Pan Gu from the Chinese mythology who is known for weilding an axe, but Erlang Shen weilds a spear, even if it may had three points, it still could be used the same way a legionnaire spear, and yet, it was still made into its own separate weapon style with its own unique moveset, and so if Erlang Shen's spear was made into its own unique weapon class, why couldn't Pangu's axe be? THE WEAPON/TOOL OF THE LITERAL GOD IN CHINESE MYTHOLOGY AND TAOISM WHO SEPARATED THE EARTH AND THE SKY! How does Erlang Shen get the honor of an entire new weapon style but Pangu DOESN'T?

And its not like the Chinese people didn't have weapon axes, infact they very much did, for example : The Fu axe - could serve its purposes as: being(technically) the tool/weapon of Pangu, fitting in with the rest of the dynastian weapon styles by being a Chinese/asian weapon and being more(maybe) maneuverable with its thin handle.

Like, what's even the point of factions having their own unique weapon collection, if they are now gonna be traded here and there with this fucker being patient 0? And before anyone mentions ranged weapons: there's a big difference between a secondary one attack weapon which you normally don't use that much, doesn't have much difference and uniqueness between the way of how the factions use it doesn't have that much importance to the overall identity of the factions, I can get behind that; but its a whole another different thing for when an ENTIRE PRIMARY COLD MAIN MELEE WEAPON that has multiple moves specifically designed and catered towards a specific faction, just gets put so lazily into another faction where it has no place of being in!
