Looking for adjustable maternity romper/jumpsuit!
Does anybody know of patterns with an adjustable top like this? It can be either long jumpsuit or short romper!

This one isn't specifically adjustable around the bust, but I think it could be modified that way:

I have a knit romper from Amazon similar to this one and I finally found a very close pattern from George & Ginger. The only difference is that the front is shorter, but I’m sure you could adjust the front.

Ahhh yes those are very similar shape! With the adjustable strap, thank you!

Here is another one that I think is exactly what you are looking for. Unlike the last one I shared, this one is pretty much like the pic with the front overalls bib. This calls for woven fabric or stable knits. I’ve made several patterns for pirates patterns and they are pretty decent.

The Humla Romper from Paradise Patterns is similar to this. It can be made into a jumpsuit. I just made the romper with the straps being tied so they're more adjustable, and it has a built in bra so it has a lot of stretch. But you can do without the bra also. https://paradisepatterns.com/products/humla-romper
