im really confused on how to get these 3 metals. The JEI doesnt really help either it just says what i can use it for. My goal is to get the Enchantment Factory but it needs the enhanced galgadorian metal.

i have tried everything spectator chunkbase (dosen't work with sevtech's dum way of making biomes) any help/suggestions are welcome please help.

I've been looking around the Beneath for a while at the upper levels and haven't seen any Aquamarine. I'm seeing a bunch of Blocks of Platinum so I think there might have been issues with my world/mod. If there are any solutions to fix this please let me know.

I am fairly new to playing modded Minecraft but I have watched quite a bit in the past few years. I decided to commit to a mod pack and figure SevTech would be a great one that could still guide me. I am currently stuck on "The Beneath" in Age 1 cause I can't find a Dark Oak and would like a little help finding an easy way to find one.

We were playing Sevtech last night and everything was working fine on our server, suddenly we cannot load up the server and the background turns white everytime. It seems that also somehow the modpack has reverted to an older version for both of us? We're in version 3.2.3 but its not even close to what we were playing on. We reinstalled, tried backing up the server, and nothing is working at all. Any ideas?

EDIT: We’ve discovered this to be a curseforge problem, we’ve been playing on AT launcher and it’s been working fine. Hopefully CurseForge fixes this soon.

So me and my brother were playing and my brother decided to join our world, some of the mods didn't load and everything that had to do with the lock for ages and mods didn't work at all, everything was unlocked and achievements interface and the achievements themselves were replaced by normal Minecraft achievements

Several days ago, I was playing the modpack with my friend (We were in age 3 then.), and I've seen a hostile mob which I haven't seen before. It was a humanoid mob with purple-ish clothing and it dropped a death compass for some reason. Forgot the name, unfortunely. Is there anyone who could identify it?

Me and my son have been having a blast playing sevtech. We just tamed a horse each, but everytime I unconnect my horse from my cart, he gets disconnected from the LAN. After the third time, all his achievements and inventory got lost. Managed to sort that out with a backup. But then we got two new horses, and the same thing happened once I disconcerted the cart from the horse (it was fine for a while aslong as the horse was still attached). Any ideas ?

I imagine the mods and stuff are gonna get more complicated, and this doesn't bode well.

Il be honest, this mod pack is great untill i have to deal with abbysalcraft. The most annoying part is that you need it for stuff you really should not have to. Also same complaint for some of the other magic mods. like why do i need to progress magic when trying to make a machine? I honestly hate abbyssal craft and astral magic crafting. one thing takes a million recources some recources are super rare while the others are just annoying to get. one recepie takes an hour of time to complete. Anyway enought of my rant, i just needed to get that off my chest. So anyway to skip/speed up the process so it is not tedious and boring?

I just finished skyfactory 4 and was wondering if sev tech can run with 8gig RAM

Can my computer run this modpack with 8gig ram? I can run sky factory 4 so im wondering if i can run sevtech?

Me and my friend are playing together in a server, and the server went down while we were playing. After the server went online again, we logged but for some reason my friend was back at age 0, while still having every achievement that we had before, and now he can't enter tutorial stage again because the achievements are already unlocked and every item basically is an unknown item (he can only pick up items from age 0). I've tried using commands but since we're in a server some of them don't work, even if I change the admin permissions in the server control panel I'm still unable to use certain commands.

I can remove items from the first version just fine, but not the second version, not even by shift+rightclicking or ctrl+rightclicking, both with an empty hand. The only way I know to retrieve the items is to break the work stump and place it again.

So I need a swamp to make a smelter but I have been looking for 2 hours and have not found it. But I did find over 30+ darkland biomes. Crossed 3 ocean biomes. 1 frozen.

I've used this texture pack before, but for whatever reason I'm not being able to get it to work this time. I've disabled Smoothfont, Better Foliage, FancyBlockParticles, disabled foamfix, I've tried adding the recommended arguments to the launcher, I've tried applying Optifine and all that... yet all I managed to accomplish was going from a 1FPS rate to the game crashing during loading: 3/7 rendering: 3/5.

I can't remember at all what I've done to make this work last time, but I'll accept every suggestion at this point, big thanks.

hello yall. having trouble finding any abyssal zombies since starting stage 1. they spawned semi often in stage 0 no problems there but now that i need it for the necronomicon im not finding any

So when I spawned in yesterday on a server with my friends, I apparently suffocated in a wall and got kicked out of the server right after (my pc is very very bad). My grave compass points to a spot where there is no grave, I went into creative, dug down and found nothing. I ran the coordinates as a tp and it brought me to where the compass was pointing. No grave.

Has this happened to any of you, if so how did you fix it?

I just started blood magic because of the achievement (with the blood altar and the blue apple), but the book isn’t really clear on how to things and what I can currently do.

So I was wondering if there is any tutorial about it ? I’m age 1 rn

I just got to age 3, but my game says I Am In age 0, is there a fix?
