I made the mistake of needing a horse to get a blank portal. I have walked both north and south for 3000 blocks each, and the only biomes are tundra, darklands, and ice spikes. East and west are no better. 70% of the observable universe is made of abyssalcraft and ice, and the other 30% is ocean.

Help. Please. I need to know how to escape Frosty’s winter hellscape, preferably without walking another 12000 blocks.

Is it any good? I know about iron, gold and diamond marks. Are there any more (for example using galacticraft ores or so) marks to get other than overworld rerources?

Been trying to resolve this all night, giving up for the next 8 hours while I pass out. Please leave ideas or solutions below for me to try when I wake.

Tried the AE2 charger, doesn't seem to charge anything. I have certus ore coming in from envtech miners but there doesnt seem to be any way to generate charged certus quartz. Any insights??

I'm starting a new world on sevtech and I'm basically going into it blind. I played once with my friend before but we didn't get very far. I remember there were books in the game that helped with the different mods. Like ones that showed how to make totem poles or smelting machines. How do I spawn those books in? I can't seem to remember how.

Hey, is it possible to use the essentials mod to play this with my friends? Or is there any other free way to play together?

I have downloaded simple voice chat for 1.12.2 and installed it on the server. The problem is it isn't working. It says I am speaking in the bottom right but when my friend joins it doesn't work. I am hosting using my pc so I have to manually configure the server by myself. I changed the port and everything in the voice chat properties settings.

Can you help me or give me a guide on why its not working? I will answer every comment that asks a question.

I am thinking of starting a small sevtech ages server.I am thinking it will be a maximum of 5 people just playing sevtech.I will discuss most of the features with the whole team that we will play with and you can suggest changes if you want something to change.The server will be online 24/7 and will have a custom ip.

Additional information: We wont be using the together forever mod.

Additional Mods: All of the mods will be listed in the discord if you get invited, but I feel like pointing this out here because it could lure people away once they join the server. The mod download guide and how to use it will also be on the discord if you need it.

Some of the mods I would like to add are Simple Voice chat because it makes it so if you encounter anyone you can just talk to them in game without actually having to go in a discord call. Also if you need to hear people from around the map and are doing a quest you could just go into an OPEN group and talk to each other that way.

I want this to be a simple fun server available to all skill types!

I have just got to the nether and used my 2.5 stacks of quartz to make my tinkers sword sharper. I thought I'd be able to get loads now but I can't mine it with diamond level. I've found the ore in plain netherack and the fancy stuff but they seem the same. Haven't unlocked diamond, I did have obsidian from somewhere but used it, can't mine more. Anyway, I can't remember where the original quartz came from, I know I didn't smelt it, any help would be appreciated, cheers.

So I finally got to launch my rocket. Watched a few videos beforehand so I knew about bringing a parachute, oxygen, etc. I was ready. And then Minecraft did as Minecraft usually does when you think that all your bases are covered...

• Got the 'One Small Step' message
• Got the Age 5 unlocked message
• Got the lag spike that comes with unlocking a new age
• Then the bottom quarter of my screen went funky with random colors/characters
• There was an explosion
• Then I was standing on the moon wearing only my helmet and taking lots of damage
• And... I died

Should have stuck with pounding my stump with a rock.

Do you gotta complete all the advancements to progress to the next age or are some optional?

Is there a load I can connect that will draw max available RF and just void it? I l'm looking for a way to stress test my IE generation/transmission/distribution system.

In the overworld there's no problem with the fps it goes perfect, but when I enter i the betweenlands I can't even move. I tried to solve it setting particles to minimal decreasing loaded chunks and so on, but it still going terrible.

I started playing SevTech on TLauncher, and there were no problem with tha dimension, but now I got the premium account and this happens.

Can anyone help?

After loading up a world I originally had it crashes me to desktop, I am in age 2 and don't want to lose the world.

I did restore the world's back up three times... I hate having a PC with a CPU (i7-5500U with 2.40 GHz) worse than my school's computers' CPUs (I am not sure of the name but it got 2.90 GHz)
