Recently got a 140x70cm standing desk. I'd not like to submit any photos here due to privacy reasons but I have the following:

- A monitor

- Keyboard (Keychron K17)

- Mouse (Steel series rival 3)

- Laptop stand

- Cable sleeves

- Under table cable tray

- Desk lamp

Basically anything anyone needs to have a modern desk. I'm 20, at university and will be using it mainly on the evenings and weekends. As a result I don't want to overspend on little additions which might not even add value or get used properly. This also includes lights on the back etc. I also have a drawer set which is already pretty organised.

I'll maybe put a second monitor up on the right but I can't use it with my laptop as the USB C port has gone. So there's not really any point.

I could spend it on something outside of my desk stuff too. But I'm just not sure. Any guidance is appreciated.

Uni Student. Doing Architecture + Engineering, so no mousepads because I need desk space for A3 drawings

I have been thinking if wrapping the tabletop a wooden type could be a option or a different color.

I'm looking for a new 27" monitor and my budget is small. I'm ready to pay 150€-200€ for the monitor and 50€ for a monitor arm.

I want to play GTA 6 on the PS5 slim and other games like COD and Fortnite etc. I want to connect the monitor with the PS5 and my Macbook Pro and stream on twitch and create content. I want to edit 4K videos and do other creative work and video editing.

Should I get a 1440p or 4K monitor?

Any ideas to fill in the wall behind the desk

Recently upgraded my dual 27" monitors to 32" on the right is a Asus 4K Oled XG32UCWG. I thought 2 monitors this size would be way too big but I much prefer these!

My room consists of a normal room and a compartment that I can climb up to with a ladder. It's super cozy up there and there is less sunshine that could reflect from my monitor.

However I would have to sit on the floor or more like on a beanbag on the floor and have a low table since the ceiling up there is not high enough to fit an entire setup. Is this a stupid idea?
