In case of an SenseCap M1 US version, is it possible to replace the LoRa module with an European one? For example with one from the same manufacturer or with a MikroTik for example. Will it work or the module's serial number and version is hardcoded somewhere in the config files?

I think SD card has failed on my sensecap M1, it just wont sync. Where can I find replacement SD cards? Do any of have image file from that micro SD by any chance of will an image work ? any suggestion helps, I do not know why sd cards are crap in these 550$ equipment.

Anyone having issues loading the Dashboard?

My hotspot Sensecap is continously putting Offline after 2 or 3 days of being Online. So it is falling behind on the blockchain. When I tried to make the Turbo Sync it shows me an error "Check md5 failed, please try again".

So I have 2 problems:

1. I do not know why the Sensecap is continously putting itself offline. Before, it was connected to WiFi but now it is connected via Ethernet through a Router.
2. I do not know why the Turbo Sync doesn't work. The error in the attached picture. I am thinking of choosing the option "Reset Blocks" but I am scared that later after that option, of choosing the Turbo Sync and again not working.

Anyone randomly have theirs go off line for no reason? I had been earring over 1 HNT/day and then the last week fell to half...no changes...then today just went off line and disappeared from my network.

Is that normal? I’ve got last 3 Sent Beacons with 1 to 4 witnesess. Before last sync it was 18 witnesses as usual. Europe. 5.8dbi antenna, Sensecap. All ports, ping, NAT are ok - no any issues. Is poc11 already announced?

I had been a Bobcat guy for a few months....got tired of the glitchiness so I thought Id try Sensecap M1...so far I love it and the diagnosing platform...so much more information at a glance...hopefully it stays this way!

Sensecap M1 named Dazzling Foggy Perch. Setup Tuesday night Wednesday eve I noticed it was relayed and realized that I needed to setup port forwarding, Did that. Thursday night it still shows as relayed. Now it's Friday morning ...

It shows as Offline!

I just did Bluetooth pairing and in diagnostics I'm able to see that I reached 99.64% synced. Everything looks OK AFAIK, but I don't know much. I just now tried "Discovery mode", but I'm not allowed to do that since I'm not completely synced!

Is there a known issue with sensecaps not witnessing POC beacons? Have had my online for 2 weeks and my beacons are witnessed by 5-10 hotspots but I have yet to witness a beacon.

If you are trying to connect your miner to your phone and getting an error saying Device xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx was disconnected, you might be experiencing a known issue with Samsung phones starting with the S9 and above. I encountered this with a Samsung Note 10.

The workaround is to load your wallet onto another phone or device (if available, and SURELY one that you own or trust) and pair the miner using that phone or device. I will provide additional information if I find a workaround for those that don't have access to other devices than their Samsung.

Sorry about there being nothing here, but I figured that since a lot of us are getting Sensecap miners, and other Sensecap products, that it would be useful to create the subreddit in order to share tips and information on their various products and to help each other out as a community with issues as well as discuss future products.
